In May 2002, I was privileged to present a theremin "Command Performance" at the home of Music Pioneer Don Leslie (1911-2004).

I met Don through our mutual friend Bob Mitchell. One day when talking to Don on the telephone, we got onto the topic of the theremin. Don expressed keen interest in seeing the instrument and invited me to come out to his house with Bob one afternoon. So, we did - with Bob and I presenting theremin and keyboard duets and then Don and his very dear wife Carolyn also getting in on the act! Here are some photos from that most memorable afternoon.
